The founder, Lin Fenghang (Brian Lin), is not only an engineer, but also a father.
Shortly after getting married, he welcomed the most important “project” in his life — his daughter.
She was given the name Jingxi, meaning Pleasant Surprise.
This moment changed everything.
It was no longer just about building structures.
It became about building something meaningful — something that could last, something that could be seen, and something that could be remembered.

Before founding Changrui, Brian spent 6 years as a detailing engineer in a steel structure factory with over 20 years of history.
During that time, he was deeply involved in multiple international projects, gaining hands-on experience in every stage:

Component numbering
Layout drawings
On-site installation
From the very first drawing to the final installation, he understood what truly defines a reliable project — precision, responsibility, and execution.

Founded in 2006, Changrui Steel Structure Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Changrui Jinghang Steel Structure Co. Adhering to the ideology of solving customer's problems as the core, Changrui IS THE SOLUTION Qingdao Changrui Steel Structure Co., Ltd. specializes in the design and manufacture of steel buildings, warehouses, workshops, garages, chicken and poultry coops, movable panel houses, container houses, steel villas, all kinds of sandwich panels and corrugated steel sheets with CE, ISO9001:2015, SGS and BV standard certifications. We have advanced research capabilities and technological advantages to provide total solutions to meet customers' needs. There are more than 300 employees and more than 20 senior engineers and technicians. The production capacity has high-precision equipments such as gantry planer, automatic submerged arc welding equipment, assembly machine, slitting machine and shot blasting machine. We have 3 EPS sandwich panel production lines; 4 corrugated steel plate production lines; 3 H-beam production lines with an annual output of 30,000 tons; 3 C-beam production lines with an annual output of 3,000 tons; and one Z-beam production line with an annual output of 2,000 tons. With the comprehensive advantages of light self-weight, industrialized manufacturing, quick installation, short construction period, good performance of anti-seismic design, quick payback period and environment-friendly, steel structure has been reasonably and widely used in the construction field all over the world, especially in developed countries and regions. Our products have been exported to more than 40 countries such as Canada, Australia, Pakistan, Ethiopia, South Africa, Bangladesh, Russia, Philippines and so on.
